Although my classes aren’t postnatal specific, new Mums are very welcome to come too if they feel that they are ready for something more challenging. This class would suit Mums who have gone back to work and are no longer able to attend buggy workout classes, or who would prefer to exercise without their babies with them.

As my classes are held at the weekend, they won’t clash with your babies or toddlers’ playgroups, appointments or their busy social lives! You can work-out without worrying that your baby might become unsettled, allowing you to have a stress-free session and enabling you to focus 100% on yourself (and Dad can spend some quality time with the kids while you’re getting back in shape)!
