
Classes take place all year round and are designed to give you a complete body workout that will boost your metabolism, burn fat and tone your muscles. Whatever your level of fitness, my classes will leave you energized and feeling great! Whether you’re training for a marathon or just want to feel more confident in (and out of!) your clothes, this group is for you! Sessions will include circuit training, core stability, resistance exercises, power walking, running and flexibility. If you haven’t used a hula hoop or a skipping rope since you were at school, now's your chance! This is NOT a bootcamp. There are no food diaries or weigh-ins. The emphasis is on having fun, making friends and working at your own level. My classes will also complement and enhance any existing fitness programme. All equipment is provided.

WHAT TO WEAR:
You should ideally wear layers, a supportive bra (or sports bra) and trainers. A lightweight waterproof jacket or kagool is ideal. Don’t forget a cap or hat and sunscreen in the summer months. And DO bring a bottle of water with you – you WILL need it!
