Whether you spend all day working in an office or looking after a family (or juggling both), it can be very difficult to find the time to keep fit. By the end of a busy day the last thing most of us feel like doing is going to the gym or out for a run! Besides, when you’re tired in the evening you are unlikely to get the most from your workout.

That’s why I decided it was time to do something to make life a little less hectic for hard-working women and make it easier to get and stay fit. My new women-only fitness classes offer a fun and friendly environment to exercise in. Work-out in a lovely park setting and make new friends in the process. My classes enable you to fit regular exercise into your busy schedule, without taking up too much precious family time.

Everyone is tightening their purse strings at the moment and don’t want to be forking out for expensive gym membership (especially if you are unable to use it as often a you’d like)! Having a Personal Trainer might seem like a luxury, but at my classes you will have the expertise of a highly qualified female Personal Trainer, at a fraction of the cost.

This is no ordinary exercise class! At the end of the 45 minute session I will be on hand to give you advice on nutrition and weight management, as well as tips on how you can incorporate very simple yet effective exercises into your everyday routine, so even when you’re at home or at work, you can still keep fit!

There is no joining fee and you can choose to either pay per session, or get a discount by block booking. I limit my classes to 16 places to ensure the highest standard of instruction.
